RETURNS POLICY

Change of mind 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, we will issue you with a refund provided that: ​

  • You return the item in its original packaging with tags attached

  • Item is unworn and unused

  • There are no damages or blemishes to the item

  • You return the items to us within 7 business days from date of delivery

  • You return the items with the original receipt​

Sale items

Items on Sale will only be exchanged (not refunded) for change of mind, except where the item is faulty or damaged. Returns are only accepted within 7 days from date of delivery.

To return the item to allow for a refund 

Please contact customercare@thatsvintage.com.au and request a return slip. Complete the return slip, attach the original receipt and send this, along with the items you wish to return, to the address nominated address below:

Ensure your return parcel displays the "That's Vintage" return address as well as a senders return address. We recommend using registered post as we will not be liable for any return parcels lost in transit. 

Customers are responsible for all postage costs for return orders.
 

From receipt of your return please allow us 10 business days for processing. In the unlikely event that you do not hear from us after this time please e-mail customercare@thatsvintage.com.au. We will respond to your request within 48 hours. 

Please note that delays may occur as a result of factors outside That's Vintage control. Should this occur please be patient and we will process your return as soon as possible. 

Somethings wrong with my order

For damaged, faulty or incorrect orders, subject to inspection and determined on a case by case basis, we may arrange for a refund of postage costs. 

From receipt of your return please allow us 10 business days for processing. In the unlikely event that you do not hear from us after this time please e-mail customercare@thatsvintage.com.au. We will respond to your request within 48 hours. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping is free for all orders made within Australia. 

We use Australia Postal service and can deliver to most locations. If you have specific instructions for delivery, please include these when placing your order. For more information on how to track your order please refer to our "order status" section.  

That’s Vintage bears no responsibility for lost or stolen packages, we recommend providing a safe and secure delivery address. You grant That’s Vintage (ATL) authority to leave orders at the address provided, whether attended or not. You also release That’s Vintage from all liability if an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is stolen, damaged or affected after delivery.

Domestic shipping usually takes 2-7 business days; remote areas may experience delays up to an additional 3 days.

If you refuse a shipment from That’s Vintage, you are responsible for the original delivery charges and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery fees are subject to change at any time due to changes in carrier provider charges, without notification. That’s Vintage will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. 

All orders from www.thatsvintage.com.au are charged in Australian dollars (AUD).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer international delivery to most locations. International shipping is charged at a flat rate of AUD 10 for all orders. Our charges are as follows:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland. 

ASIA - AUD 10

Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam, India, Japan, Phillipines.

NORTH AMERICA - AUD 10

Canada, United States of America

UNITED KINGDOM - AUD 10

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES - AUD 10

For countries not listed above, we may still be able to ship to your location. Please contact us at customercare@thatsvintage.com.au for shipping charges.

International shipping takes an average of 7 - 10 business days. Should you need fast tracked shipping, please contact us for a couriered shipping quote. 

All international postal orders are shipped via Australia Post or other preferred partners and the relevant postal service in the recipients home country. That’s Vintage bears no responsibility for lost or stolen packages, we recommend providing a safe and secure delivery address.International deliveries may take longer depending on your countries customs process.

International orders from www.thatsvintage.com.au are charged in Australian dollars (AUD). You are wholly responsible for any charges incurred by credit card providers or banks for foreign exchange conversion. 

All international orders may be subject to local customs, duties and taxes. You are wholly responsible and liable for these charges and will be notified at Checkout if charges are applicable to your order. That’s Vintage accepts no responsibility for any additional charges and cannot accept a return and refund of those goods if the charges are not paid. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.

If you refuse a shipment from That’s Vintage, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
